Executive Leadership Coaching supports successful corporate executives, managers, team leaders and business owners to achieve their business goals with efficiency and authenticity. This type of leadership coaching supports clients with vast responsibility who wish to gain perspective in areas of opportunity such as personal goal setting or blind spots, team building, workplace obstacles, employee morale, productivity, decision-making, organizational issues, communication, succession & retention, corporate culture or value-building through change. A coach is a confidential sounding board who offers insight to leaders who may be missing honest reflection, feedback or motivation in the workplace. There are custom coaching packages for those who may want to find a solution to a long-term issue or gain support through a busy transitional period or a new challenge.  Executive Leadership coaching offers valuable support for leaders to exceed their business goals successfully.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

TeamTRUST has different Group Development and Individual Coaching packages available. Recognizing that each client and/or organization has different needs, it's best to first discuss the outcome your are hoping to achieve, and together, we can determine an agreeable fee structure.  All introductory discussions and coaching agreements are confidential.
